Original watercolor painting on Arches paper. 
The painting is from a photo I took while in Lisbon, Portugal.  While visiting a bookstore, I saw theses carved statues perched on the end of a book table and I photographed them from a few different angles.  Although there was no description markers that I noticed, they seemed to portray the characters from the story by Miguel Cervantes The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha.  The painting measures 20 x 28 inches, unframed.
